Free Shipping on All Orders

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, processing may take additional time — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States (contiguous): 5–8 business days after shipment
  • United States (remote areas, including Alaska, Hawaii, and other outlying regions): 7–15 business days after shipment
  • Canada, UK, and EU (27 member states): 7–15 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Pre-order items ship according to the availability date shown on the product page.

Customs & Duties

All international orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. We cover all import duties and taxes upfront — the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. No hidden fees or surprises at delivery.
U.S. customers: No customs duties or import taxes apply.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking information is typically updated within 48 hours of dispatch. If your tracking has not updated within 10 business days, please contact us at support@drlookai.ai.

Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Dr.Look AI is not responsible for delivery failures or losses resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@drlookai.ai. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at support@drlookai.ai. We recommend recording an unboxing video to document the package condition upon receipt.
