Payment Processing

All payments must be completed at checkout before an order can be processed. After your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided during checkout.

For credit and debit card payments, your card issuer or payment provider may place a temporary authorization hold when you complete checkout. The final charge will be processed according to the payment provider’s rules and the status of your order.

PayPal Payments

If you choose PayPal, you may be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment securely. Your order will only be processed after PayPal confirms that the payment has been completed.

If a PayPal dispute, claim, or chargeback is opened before the order ships, we may place the order on hold until the issue is resolved.

Order Confirmation

Receiving an order confirmation email means that we have received your order. It does not always mean that the order has shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
