Acceptable Use Policy
1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your access to and use of https://drlookai.ai, the Dr.Look AI learning camera, any related mobile application, and any related products, services, support channels, accounts, content, features, and technologies (collectively, the "Services") provided by Dr.LOOK E-Commerce Limited ("Dr.Look AI," "we," "us," or "our").
This AUP is designed to protect children, parents, users, our systems, and the wider community from unlawful, unsafe, abusive, deceptive, harmful, or irresponsible activity.
This AUP should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any applicable End User License Agreement (EULA). If there is a conflict between this AUP and any mandatory rule in another applicable legal document, the more specific rule will apply to the extent of that conflict.
2. Who Must Follow This Policy
This AUP applies to all users of the Services, including parents, legal guardians, purchasers, account holders, website visitors, app users, and any person using a Device or related feature under an adult's authority or supervision.

4.2 Unlawful, Fraudulent, or Deceptive Activity
• in violation of any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
• to engage in fraud, deception, identity misuse, impersonation, misrepresentation, or dishonest conduct;
• to submit false, misleading, or incomplete information in connection with orders, accounts, reviews, returns, support requests, or payment activity;
• to abuse refund, replacement, promotional, discount, referral, or warranty processes; or
• to interfere with lawful investigations, safety reviews, or compliance processes.
4.3 Device, App, and System Misuse

• test, probe, scan, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Services without authorization; or
• bypass access controls, authentication measures, content filters, parental controls, or usage restrictions.
4.4 Data Misuse, Scraping, and AI Misuse
• scrape, harvest, extract, copy, or otherwise collect data from the Services without our prior written permission;
• use the Services, outputs, content, or systems to build, train, fine-tune, benchmark, or support competing products, datasets, automated systems, or artificial intelligence models without our prior written consent;
• attempt to obtain access to data, accounts, systems, or resources that you are not authorized to access; or
• use the Services to generate, request, upload, or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, misleading, or abusive material.
• use the Services or any AI-assisted feature to generate harmful, unsafe, age-inappropriate, or otherwise risky outputs for children;
• attempt prompt injection, jailbreaks, guardrail evasion, or other manipulation designed to override safety controls or intended limits of AI-assisted features;
• use, rely on, or encourage others to use AI outputs for medical, legal, emergency, safety-critical, or other high-risk decisions; or
• systematically extract, compile, or collect AI outputs, prompts, or response patterns for dataset building, model training, benchmarking, or similar large-scale reuse.
4.5 No Biometric or Identity Misuse
• use the Services, Device, App, images, voice data, or outputs to identify any individual or verify identity;
• perform surveillance, monitoring, tracking, or profiling of children or other individuals;
• attempt to infer, extract, match, or reconstruct identity from images, voice recordings, or similar data; or
• create, compile, enrich, or distribute biometric templates, faceprints, voiceprints, or similar identity datasets from the Services.
4.6 User Content and Intellectual Property Violations
You must not upload, transmit, post, submit, or otherwise make available through the Services any content that:
• infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, trade secret, or other rights;
• is defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, unlawful, or threatening;
• violates the rights, dignity, safety, or privacy of a child or any third party; or
• contains harmful, malicious, or deceptive code or materials.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have all rights, permissions, and authority needed for any content you submit, including where such content relates to a child.
4.7 Spam, Abuse of Communications, and Manipulation
• to send spam, unsolicited promotional messages, or unauthorized bulk communications;
• to manipulate reviews, ratings, referrals, recommendations, or community feedback; or
• to pretend to be Dr.Look AI, claim a false affiliation with us, or falsely represent an official relationship with our brand, products, or services.
5. Enforcement and Protective Measures
If we reasonably believe that you or any user connected to your account, Device, or household has violated this AUP, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including:
• removing or restricting content;
• limiting or disabling features;
• suspending or terminating access to the Services;
• canceling orders or refusing service;
• preserving evidence; or
• reporting the matter to law enforcement, regulators, app platforms, payment providers, or other relevant third parties where appropriate.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not required to provide notice before taking protective or enforcement action where we reasonably consider such action necessary to protect children, users, our systems, or third parties.

7. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this AUP from time to time by publishing an updated version on our Website. The revised version will take effect from the date stated in the updated policy or, where no later date is stated, from the date it is published.
