The Dr.Look AI Soccer Season Sale (the "Promotion") begins at 12:00 AM PDT on June 10, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on July 10, 2026.
Eligibility
This Promotion is available to residents of [the United States and Canada] who have a valid shipping address in a region served by drlookai.ai and who are 18 years or older as of June 10, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "Participants"). Dr.Look AI products are designed for children but are intended to be purchased and managed by an adult.
1. The "Two-Kid Team" Bundle Offer

During the Promotion Period, when two (2) Dr.Look AI Caps (any colors, Starter or Explorer editions, in any combination) are in your cart at drlookai.ai, two (2) Dr.Look AI Kids Open-Ear Headphones are added to your order automatically at no additional charge (a 100% discount applied to the headphones).
No discount code is required; the free headphones are applied automatically at checkout and appear in your cart before payment.
The free headphones are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, have no cash value, and may not be substituted or upgraded.
This offer is available only at drlookai.ai. For purchases made through any third-party marketplace or reseller, that channel's own promotional policies apply.
Returns of a bundle order are subject to the Refund Policy below.

2. Coupon & Discount Terms

Only one coupon or promotion code can be applied per order.
Sale prices and promotion codes cannot be combined with one another, or with other exclusive discounts, unless expressly stated.
Customers may choose to apply a coupon, a purchase-related discount, or another available offer. Purchase-related discounts will no longer apply once another discount is applied at checkout.
Promotion codes are valid only at drlookai.ai during the Promotional Period, are for one-time use, are non-transferable, are not for resale, and have no cash value.
If you return items purchased with a code, the discount value may be deducted from the refund.

3. Refund Policy

You are eligible to return eligible item(s) within 45 days of receipt, subject to our standard Return Policy.
All returned items must be in their original condition and repackaged as they were originally received.
Refunds are processed based on the actual amount paid.
If your order included a free item (such as the bundle headphones) and you return the qualifying product, the free item must also be returned in its original condition. If it is not returned, or is returned damaged, its standard retail value will be deducted from your refund.

We reserve the right to exclude any customer from the Promotion, and to refuse or cancel any order, in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
All orders must comply with Dr.Look AI's purchase agreement and return policy. This Promotion is not available for wholesale or distributor orders.
Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Offers are void where prohibited.
Participants agree to be bound by these Terms. Dr.Look AI reserves the right to make final interpretations regarding this Promotion.
Dr.Look AI is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including but not limited to network transmission failures, and is not liable for any direct or indirect losses related to the Promotion.
